Valérie MARMEY-RAVAU holds a University Degree in asset management, and together with her team she assists her clients through important times in their personal and family life.

They act as advisors and draft deeds in areas related to property and family law: matrimonial regimes, donations, transfers, inheritance, separations, etc.

Private international law

Our firm is able to accompany its clients beyond the French borders by advising them on inheritance or matrimonial regimes when a foreign element is involved.

The competence and expertise of our team in this field ensures the legal stability of our clients’ personal situations.

In recognition of this expertise, Me MARMEY-RAVAU, holder of a Degree in international notarial law, has been appointed President of the 3rd Committee “The family in an international context” of the 115th Congress of French Notaries in Brussels in 2019.

Business transfers

Business owners come to us to organise and optimise the transfer of their company with exemption from tax (notably through the Dutreil pact). We work in close collaboration with their usual advisors (accountants, lawyers, etc.).

Property sales

Real estate transactions by private individuals are an essential activity of the firm. Therefore, we have a specialised department devoted to this field.

Composed of two solicitors and six associates in charge of drafting legal documents, our team oversees the so-called “routine” deeds and knows how to accompany its clients and meet their needs.
